Moss Treatment
Not every situation will call for the physical removal of moss. Sometimes if the problem is acted on early enough and the moss is small all that’s needed is a powder treatment! This is always the cheaper option when opposed to removal or roof replacement. Most Washington home owners Treat for moss every 6-12 months to avoid costly damage from moss rooting into their roof. Algae removal
Algae and moss are commonly mistaken for one another, however, what kills one will not necessarily kill the other. Algae often forms beneath areas where water frequents on roofs (downspout openings and other forms of drainage) and will be flat against tiles or shingles, while moss will be noticeably more 3 dimensional.
Even though algae is more an aesthetic issue, homeowners often find it unsightly and want it taken care of. Using a bleach based cleaner we can kill the algae and produce an instant same-day result.
